Product Deployment

The Chat solution can be deployed in the following modes: 

standaloneIn a standalone deployment, Chat solution creates and manages agents within MRE that are not integrated with any 3rd party such as Cisco contact center. For standalone deployment, see Running Chat solution in standalone mode after having the system installed.
Cisco integratedWith Cisco integration, the solution doesn't create agents internally but synchronises agents and their states from Cisco contact center. See Finesse Gadget deployment for deploying agent gadget in Cisco Finesse.
