Number Called

This is the phone number of the customer to whom the call was made.
4Call Duration This is the total time duration of the call in seconds 
5Call IDThis is the Cisco Call ID. An outbound call is grouped by this call ID to show call legs involved with the call.
6Agent IDThis column contains the ID of the agent who was engaged on this call leg.
7Agent NameThis column contains the ID of the agent who was engaged on this call leg.
8Agent Wrap-upThis column contains the wrap-up provided by the agent who was engaged on this call leg.
