Onboarding WhatsApp with 360Dialog

Follow this guide for the process of onboarding WhatsApp with 360Dialog.

Your Facebook Business Account should be verified, you should have a valid Facebook ID before you apply for a WhatsApp Business API account with 360dialog, as it significantly speeds up the onboarding process.

For onboarding Whatsapp with 360Dialog follow these steps:

To fill the initial Embedded form. , you must have a client's Facebook Manager ID, WhatsApp number, and a referral link.

  1. The first step requires you to sign up with an Email e.g 360<enterclientname>@expertflow.com, Full User Name, Company name, and a Password, then you are supposed to agree to the terms and conditions proposed by Team 360Dialog. After giving them a read, proceed further on.                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

  2. As you have signed up, now you have to log in to your account.                                                                                                                                                                                                    
  3. Login to your account using your Facebook account ID.                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
  4. After you are logged in click on the 'Get Started' button.                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
  5. Connect to your 360Dialog account by clicking on 'Continue'.                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
  6. Enter your WhatsApp number, you will receive a 6-digit verification code via text message or a phone call. Once you receive it enter the code in the provided field.
  7. Once the process is completed, you will be able to log in to the 360 client hub.
  8. The client is now able to generate an API.                 

Even if the business is still under the verification process, the client will now be able to use Sandbox Mode.

After generating the API key and entering the Sandbox mode, you must verify your Facebook Business Account (if you haven’t done so already).

  1. You can log in using your Facebook ID.
  2. Click 'Create Account'.
  3. Enter your business details and click on Submit and get access to the Business Manager Account.
  4. Submit.

Must follow the following steps in the given link to get Facebook Business Verification for  WhatsApp Business API. You must stay logged in with a Facebook account to get the verification button visible, if not you will have to enable the verification button by following this link i.e Facebook Developer

This may take several days to get Facebook to verify the business documents.

After uploading all the valid documents of our business, we will get the Expanded sandbox mode where we get 1500 conversations, so to get this expanded sandbox, we must have to verify Facebook Business.

After the completion of Business Verification by Facebook, we will be notified.

After the successful verification of business documents by Facebook, the WhatsApp Trust and Safety Team will review for compliance of WhatsApp Commerce Policy including the display name of the client. 

Once all these three verifications have been successfully completed, the client will be able to log in and enter the WABA Dashboard and see the current status of the WhatsApp number attached to 360Dialog.
