IVR Campaign

CX Campaigns can trigger a custom IVR application designed in either CISCO CVP or EFCC.

Pre-requisites

IVR dialer in EFCC

  • To configure a campaign as an Outbound IVR campaign there must be an Outbound IVR license and the existing EFCX license.

  • A custom IVR script/application will need to completed (could already be possible with forms).

IVR Dialer in Cisco

  • A custom IVR script/application will need to completed (could already be possible with forms).
