SMS Campaign

Pre-requisites

• Hardware prerequisites @mubeen @Ghani

• Software

• Service provider account needed.

Workflow

• Contacts loaded into a campaign (CSV or CX Customers)

• Set-up conversation studio flow

  • Condition Node (contacts segregation based on attributes)

  • Action Node (select the configured SMS connector and write the template message)

  • Deploy flow and publish the campaign.

1. For the one of the below channel configuration guides to configure an SMS Connector.

   • SMS Connector Configuration via SMPP

   • SMS Connector Configuration via Twilio

2. After the configuration, toggle the Default Outbound Channel.
