Connected Calls Detail - IVR Report

Call Outcome Report

This report shows the details of the calls attempted by the dialer and connected to/redirected to an IVR script.

Name of the campaign

Number Called

The dialed phone number of the customer

 

Call Duration

Total time duration of the call in seconds

 

Call Result

Call result of the call as returned by the dialer; i.e. Abandoned, Connected, No Answer, etc.

EFCC: NORMAL_CLEARING, NO_USER_RESPONSE, NO_ANSWER, CALL_REJECTED, USER_BUSY

 

 

*Note: To include only IVR calls in this report it's necessary to have "IVR" key word in the cisco_campaign_name

*Multiple rows: each row will represent a single contact
