Call Outcome Report
This report shows the details of the calls attempted by the dialer and connected to/redirected to an IVR script.
Field Name | Description | Report Filters |

Campaign | Name of the campaign | Campaign |
DateTime | Date of the row record | Datetime |
Number Called | The dialed phone number of the customer |

Call Duration | Total time duration of the call in seconds |

Call Result | Call result of the call as returned by the dialer; i.e. Abandoned, Connected, No Answer, etc. |
