Future Roadmap

We keep enhancing our products with new features and the following features are in our roadmap.



Click to Dial

Click to dial feature allows the user to select any number corresponding to a record (Account/Contact/Lead) and a call/chat will be initiated to that number.

Wrap up & call notes in activity

A call activity is created at the end of the call for all call type except consulting calls. We will add the wrap up applied and the call notes provided by the agent in the Activity created.
