Solution Limitations

  • The solution supports only one codec i.e. G.711. Other codecs may be supported using transcoders.
  • In the case of conference-call, some conference call legs are not grouped under the conference-call. 
  • Internal calls are not recorded if recording is enabled on both agent devices.
