Queue Wait Time And Position

Allows the customer to see Queue wait time and the position in the queue. 

This feature enables the customer to see the estimated queue wait time and the queue position. This happens when the customer is waiting in the queue to be served by the agent. This also notifies the customer about queue position and enables him to see the updated Estimated Wait Time after 'x' number of seconds/minutes.

Limitation

This is developed only on the API level as of now. Will be embedded in Web widget in future releases.
