Below is the list of limitations in our Telegram Connector.
Telegram connector does not support delivery notifications.
A Telegram customer can see typing indicator. However, the agent may not see the customer typing. The Telegram API does not provide this information.
As an agent, when you send an image, audio or a video message the message preview throws an error message.
As an agent, you cannot use quoted reply when the customer is on Telegram.
Emojis are not supported on the AgentDesk.
Some media file formats are not supported on the AgentDesk (mp3, jpeg, rtf).
