Viber Connector Limitations

  1. Emojis are currently not supported on the agent desk.

  2. The location sent from the Viber channel will not open in a new tab from the agent desk.

  3. When an image or video is sent from Viber as a file, it is not properly shown on the agent’s desk.

  4. Button and carousel messages are currently not supported on Viber.

  5. Delivery notifications support is not available for Viber.
