Message Header
The parameters present in Message Header are given as follows:

sender REQUIRED for inbound and outbound messages | It contains sender information. Helps to identify sender type and role e.g. Agent or Customer. Properties are given as follow:

Intent OPTIONAL for conversation bot and bot connector only. | Intents specify the purpose of the message. It defines what client wants to achieve from message. In case of the normal messages, intent is NULL. E.g. plain, text, structured messages etc. The types of intents are given here. | Enum |
