Contact Deviation/ Delayed Execution Report

This report will show the deviation/ delay in the actual contact (call/text attempt) of the customer as compared to the actual scheduled datetime.

Field Name / Group Name

Description

Report Filters

Campaign Name

Name of the Campaign.

Campaign Name

Customer Identifier (phone number/ Facebook ID, etc)

 

 Datetime (range)

Channel

 

 Channel (optional, will show all channels if not selected)

Schedulled Datetime

 

 

Execution Datetime

 

 

Deviation/ Delay (time: hh:mm:ss)

 

 

Filters & Layout

Each row will have record of one contact (call/ text sent for execution).

  • Campaign Name

  • Datetime (range)

  • Channel (optional, will show all channels if not selected)
