Data Encryption

Safeguarding sensitive information is more critical than ever in today's digital age. At Expertflow, we prioritize the security and privacy of your customer’s data, which is why we employ advanced data encryption technologies across our solution. Whether your customers share personal details, financial information, or confidential business data, you can trust that your EFCX-backed contact center protects all information with industry-leading encryption standards.

In this article, we’ll explore how data encryption works in Expertflow CX and how it ensures your customer’s interactions with EFCX remain secure and private.

Encryption at Rest

In the case of Expertflow, all the customer data and interaction history are stored in MongoDB.

An initiative to encrypt messages and customer data at the application level in CX-Core, a development initiative is in progress and expected to announce the first MVP release by Q2-2025.

Encryption in Transit

All data transmitted through Expertflow CX, including voice calls, emails, and chat messages, is protected using Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption. It ensures that all data transmitted through our platform is secure and compliant with industry standards, including HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI-DSS.
