Install Customer Gadget on Windows

Download customer-gadget.zip and extract it in host machine where you want to install it.

Installation Steps

1. Open Windows command prompt cmd  with administrative rights

2. Navigate to <installation-dir>\customer-gadget\  directory

3. Invoke install_customer_gadget.bat  from cmd.

   C:/installation-directory>install_customer_gadget.bat
   
   
   

   
   

4. Verify Apache Tomcat 8.5 Tomcat8 has been installed and started in Windows Services pane

5. Follow Customer Gadget Configurations on Windows guide to configure Customer Gadget with Hybrid Chat.

6. To embed Customer Gadget in a website, refer to Web-chat
