Hybrid Chat Deployment

Hybrid Chat is a set of distributed components deployed as Docker containers. See Docker-based Deployment for deploying on Linux. An experimental container-less Windows-based deployment is also supported. For the Agent mobile app, see Agent Gadget Android App Installation Guide.

Deployment Architecture

• The core solution is deployed in the enterprise LAN aka Trust Zone.
• For Cisco UCC integrated deployments, integration with Cisco Finesse is done within the Trust Zone. 
• Hardware requirements are mentioned under Solution Prerequisites. 
• Service discovery is supported via Service FQDN using custom Docker network DNS
