Queue Flushed Conversation Count

Report SummaryDisplays the count of conversations closed forcefully in each queue by the administrator or supervisor

By viewing this report, administrator or supervisor can determine the number of conversations flushed out from this particular queue

This report shows the count of conversations in the form of a bar graph. The Queue name is shown on the X-axis and the count of flushed conversations are shown on the Y-axis. 

Report Filters

  • Date/Time - Choose the date to filter the data
  • Queue - Choose the queue/queue(s) from the dropdown filter and APPLY FILTERS
