  1. In-Transit: Communication between external systems and Expertflow CX APIs or CX Client Applications are encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS (TLS 1.2 or higher) over public networks.

  2. At-rest: Encryption at rest will be managed by our cloud provider.
