Installation Prerequisites

This document covers all the pre-requisites for SAP CRM Connector and related components installation. Any changes in SAP CRM configurations, scripting required for the CTI Connector setup are the SAP Partner's responsibility including but not limited to SAP GUI configuration. 

Hardware / Software Prerequisites

• A windows Server 2012 R2 64-bit or above.
• SAP CRM 7.0 with SAP CRM integrated communication interface (CA_ICI) 3.07 should be ready & working.  SAP CA -ICI  version ICI 3.07 is the most recent version, available since SAP 7 and the most recent release of ICI.
• Net Framework 4.5.2 or higher
• IIS 7.0 or higher
• Microsoft Web Deploy
• EF Connector should already be installed and configured. For more information on setting up EF Connector, follow EF Connector Installation Guide.

Network Prerequisites

Connectivity between SAP CRM and Window Server machine (where the connector is to be installed) should be established. The local security policy and any antivirus should also allow open communication on the following ports.

 Access Requirements

• Provide SAP CRM NetWeaver Administrator access on SAP server for adaptor configurations.
• On Windows Server Remote Desktop access with administrator privileges are required to install the connector.
• SAP CRM Web UI access is required.
