Release Summary

Expertflow JavaScript CTI toolbar connects with Cisco (UCCX) and runs in the Google Chrome connector extension. This extension runs as an application and enables agent/call controls within the CTI Toolbar. The extension allows the contact center agents to manage call controls and agent state controls from within the Google chrome extension.


Release Limitations

  • Call Direction for Agent A shows Inbound in case of Consult transfer, Direct transfer and Conference of OB Campaign.
