To successfully integrate EFCX CC with Zoho CRM, the following prerequisites must be met:
Time Synchronization
It is essential to consider time synchronization between the EFCX Contact Center and client applications. If the system’s dates and time are not synchronized the system can produce unpredictable results. Therefore, please make every effort to adhere to the following time synchronization guidelines:

EFCX Contact Center and client applications should have their Time Zone and time configured properly according to the geographic region and synchronized.

To configure the time zone, please see the instructions from the hardware or software manufacturer of NTP server.

Client applications and EFCX Connector should be synchronized to the second. This synchronization should be maintained continuously and validated regularly.

For security reasons, Network Time Protocol (NTP) V 4.1+ is recommended.
Access Prerequisites
For remote installation and configuration, the implementation team requires the following access privileges:

VPN Connection – A secure VPN connection is required to access the deployment environment.

Remote Access – Remote access via RDP, SSH, or similar tools is required for installation and configuration.
Zoho CRM Requirements
A valid Zoho CRM account with administrator privileges. Zoho CRM users must have the necessary roles and permissions to access call-related data.

Network Requirements
Ensure EFCX and Zoho CRM communicate over a stable internet connection. Using a VPN or network firewall with strict policies may impact connectivity and should be configured accordingly. The recommended internet speed is 5 Mbps upload/download to ensure better quality and stability.
