Schedule Campaigns to Start and Stop Automatically |
Campaigns now support a defined start date and time, plus an end date and time. Once you publish a campaign, the system automatically begins reaching out to customers at the scheduled start time and stops completely at the end time. Any contacts already in progress will complete naturally. The system starts with no new contacts after the cut-off. |
