  • An error of incorrect Agent Unsubscribe reason code for direct transfer is fixed now. See CIM-13190

  • License Key file uploading issue for offline mode is fixed. CIM-13226

  • No limitation of Team/Group’s Supervisor assignment. For details see CIM-13235

  • Transcript URL is updated in Superset reports. For details see CIM-13173
