Media Server Tenant Isolation |
In multi-media-server deployments, each media server processes only its own assigned tenants. The Link Uploader resolves tenant ownership by cross-referencing FreeSwitch domains against the CX Tenant API and skips unassigned tenants with a warning, preventing cross-tenant data processing errors. |

The call controls toolbar has been updated to the latest UX design. The toolbar now opens in a minified UI with a refreshed colour scheme and no fixed positioning, giving agents a cleaner and more flexible call experience. Updated call views cover inbound, consult, transfer, consult transfer, consult conference, silent monitoring, barge-in, dialpad consult, and dialpad consult conference scenarios. |
