Multitenancy
With multitenancy, you can set up multiple virtually independent tenants provisioned from the same underlying infrastructure. Each tenant operates as a complete, independent contact center environment possessing its own configurations, agents, teams, customers, and interactions.
For more information, see Multitenancy.
Core Platform Improvements
With CX5.0, Expertflow has made the platform safer and more reliable. Now, when data is deleted, it isn’t lost forever; instead, it’s simply marked as deleted, making it easier to recover information if needed and reducing the risk of accidental data loss. The system also keeps a detailed record of who created or changed any data and when, giving you better oversight and accountability.
In addition, there are some technical improvements in the core platform stability and maintainability.
