QM Reports on Metabase

Five Quality Management reports, previously available in Superset, have been migrated to Metabase and are now fully available there following the platform upgrade to version 5.0. The migrated reports are:

  1. Evaluation Volume

  2. Team Comparison

  3. Agent & Team Leaderboard

  4. Evaluator Comparison

  5. Skills Assessment

These reports provide supervisors and quality managers with consistent access to evaluation analytics on the Metabase platform.

Submitted Form Detail Report

Introduces a new report that enables supervisors and quality managers to view, filter, and analyze submitted form data. The dashboard covers evaluation scores, individual submission reviews, and overall quality metrics. It includes an Agent Evaluated field specific to QM assessments, enabling tracking of which agent was evaluated for each submission.
