Access Prerequisites
For remote installation and configurations, the implementation team would require remote access privileges:

VPN connection/WebEx/TeamViewer is required to connect to the customer’s environment.

Remote access via RDP or similar is required to do installation and configuration of EF Server.

Administrative access to server machines is required to install EF Connector.
-
Admin access to Dynamics CRM is required to deploy CRM side configurations.
Product Prerequisites
Prerequisites for running the integration in Genesys
Following is the list of items required:

An Internet browser (the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge).To use WebRTC phones with the client, turn off the pop-up blocker in your browser.

Per-user licenses for Genesys Cloud (Communicate or higher).

Channel Url : https://apps.mypurecloud.de/crm/embeddableFramework.html?enableFrameworkClientId=true
The Channel URL includes the client ID parameter, which you can obtain from the Oauth configuration.
