Release Summary
Integration between Webex Connector and HubSpot CRM.
This embedded Webex Connector runs inside the HubSpot CRM and enables agent/call controls within HubSpot allowing agents to use the same CRM agent interface for all interaction including call, chat and email.
Release Limitations

Browser Limitations so far include: Google Chrome’s Incognito mode

Click to chat and click to email is not available for this release.
Important Notes
-
Do not login to the same agent on different browsers or different machines.
-
Administrative access to server machines is required to install EF Connector.
-
Admin access to CRM is required to deploy CRM side configurations.
-
After a Conference Call, Agent B does not transition into the Wrap-Up state.
-
No Consult and Transfer feature is available for call on Dial number feature.

Firefox browser requires configuration settings in Privacy & Security.

The screen pop-up will open in new tab on the first conversation, and subsequent updates will occur in the same tab for all next conversations.
