Release Summary

Integration between Webex Connector and HubSpot CRM. 

This embedded Webex Connector runs inside the HubSpot CRM and enables agent/call controls within HubSpot allowing agents to use the same CRM agent interface for all interaction including call, chat and email.

Release Limitations

  • Browser Limitations so far include: Google Chrome’s Incognito mode

  • Click to chat and click to email is not available for this release.

ℹ️

Important Notes

  • Do not login to the same agent on different browsers or different machines.

  • Administrative access to server machines is required to install EF Connector.

  • Admin access to CRM is required to deploy CRM side configurations.

  • After a Conference Call, Agent B does not transition into the Wrap-Up state.

  • No Consult and Transfer feature is available for call on Dial number feature.

  • Firefox browser requires configuration settings in Privacy & Security.

  • The screen pop-up will open in new tab on the first conversation, and subsequent updates will occur in the same tab for all next conversations.
