Enhancements/Improvements

Feature(s)

Description

Video File Naming Convention

Previously, video files were named using only the JTAPI ID, which caused file overwrite issues in advanced call scenarios such as transfer, consult, and conference. This has now been resolved by introducing a new naming convention, where the MP4 file name includes the JTAPI ID appended with the agent’s extension, ensuring uniqueness across all call records.

Resolved Issues

Feature(s)

Description

Broken playback speed button

In this release, an issue where the video player playback speed control was not functioning correctly—causing usability problems—has been resolved. The playback speed button now works as expected.

Audit Logs fix

Additionally, an issue preventing audit logs from being generated, which resulted in audit feature breakage, has been fixed to ensure proper logging and traceability.

Limitations

  • For screen recordings, advanced call scenarios such as consult, consult transfer, and consult conference may result in issues where certain call legs do not contain a screen recording or may include an incorrect recording. Handling and resolution of these scenarios for VRS are planned for future releases.
