Expertflow HubSpot Connector integrates EFCX so this guide provides compatibility requirements concerning EFCX.

The compatibility requirements related to Channels, Browser and CRM versions are given below.

We have tested the versions mentioned below. To counter-check, testing can be scheduled before actual deployment.

Browsers Compatibility

Please note: you must use a supported browser to receive calls with calling apps in HubSpot. Safari isn't supported with inbound browser calling.
