Click to Chat

The click-to-chat feature allows the user to select any number corresponding to a record (Account/Contact/Lead), and a chat will be initiated to that number.

Wrap up & call notes in the activity

For all call types except consulting calls, a call activity is created at the end of the call. We will add the wrap-up applied and the call notes provided by the agent to the Activity created.

MS Teams Integration

Integration with the MS Teams for transferring the calls to the agents on the MS Teams
