Enhancements
Feature | Description |
|---|---|
Single and Multiple CX Tenant Support | Voice Recording Solution now supports Single and Multiple CX Tenant deployments, enabling multitenancy with a single VRS backend deployment on the Media Server. Each tenant has an independent VRS Web Application with complete isolation of recordings and call data, and points to a separate domain created on the Media Server. This enhancement allows customers to manage multiple CX tenants efficiently using a shared VRS infrastructure. EFCX Contact Center supports both single-tenant and multi-tenant deployments, while Cisco Contact Center currently supports single-tenant deployment only. |
Note
Call Recording Encryption is kept disabled for both Cisco and EFCX Deployment Profiles in this version.
