Introduction
This document describes the architecture diagram and solution components of Microsoft Dynamics CTI connector and how it is embedded into the MS Dynamics solution.
Intended Audience
The document is intended for developers with knowledge of Cisco Finesse and MS Dynamics.
Solution Components
The solution consists of the following components and configurations.

CTI Toolbar | CTI Toolbar is installed on the agent machine to interact with MS CRM and enables CTI controls for the agent. |
