This guide provides compatibility guide for Expertflow Microsoft Dynamics Connector with respect to EFCX. 

Compatibility Requirements

The compatibility requirements related to EFCX, Browser and Dynamics versions are given below.

We have tested the versions mentioned below. To counter-check, testing can be scheduled before actual deployment.

  • The customization was implemented to retrieve events in the CRM from the agent's desk, this customized version is not production-ready.

  • When version 4.5.2 is publicly available, we need to conduct compatibility testing.
