Expertflow Salesforce Connector integrates EFCX so this guide provides compatibility requirements concerning EFCX.

The compatibility requirements related to Channels, Browser and Salesforce versions are given below.

We have tested the versions mentioned below. To counter-check, testing can be scheduled before actual deployment.

  • The customization was implemented to retrieve events in the CRM from the agent's desk, this customized version is not production-ready.

  • When version 4.5.2 is publicly available, we need to conduct compatibility testing.
