The compatibility requirements related to Channels, Browser and Salesforce versions are given below.
We have tested the versions mentioned below. To counter-check, testing can be scheduled before actual deployment.

The customization was implemented to retrieve events in the CRM from the agent's desk, this customized version is not production-ready.
When version 4.5.2 is publicly available, we need to conduct compatibility testing.
