Agent Desk Error Messages Guide

In this guide, the response received on each error is mentioned and what should be the done to resolve the error:

admin, routing-manager or any other role apart from supervisor and agent should be able to login without any team and permission groups assigned to them.

Note: An agent must have a role assigned to them in order to be shown in the team on Unified Admin. If the agent's role is removed manually after being added to the team, they will no longer appear in the team's list.
