PII Data Masking in Logs

To enhance the security CX application we have implemented masking of PII (Personal Identifiable Information) for all application logs. The following data is masked in all application logs.

• CimMessage Body

• Customer

• customerFirstName

• customerLastName

• agentName

• Sender
