WebConnect CX

Customers can initiate chat, and audio calls using their web browser or a 3rd-party application. This WebConnect capability is available through the Customer SDK and the CX customer widget. The widget can be used as an embedded iFrame.

Limitation

  • Video and Screen-sharing calls are not supported till now. These will be part of future releases.
