Post-Deployment Validation

Ensure your ExpertFlow CX environment is healthy and ready for configuration following an installation or upgrade.

Steps

  1. Check Pod Status: Run kubectl get pods -n expertflow-cx and verify all services show Running.

  2. Verify Database Connectivity: Access the Unified Admin interface and check the System Health dashboard.

  3. Test Signal Flow: Perform a "Loopback Call" to verify the Voice Gateway and Media Server are communicating.

  4. Log Analysis: Check for CRITICAL or ERROR tags in the central logging service (Elasticsearch/Fluentd).
