Check Pod Status: Run
kubectl get pods -n expertflow-cxand verify all services showRunning. -
Verify Database Connectivity: Access the Unified Admin interface and check the System Health dashboard.

Test Signal Flow: Perform a "Loopback Call" to verify the Voice Gateway and Media Server are communicating.

Log Analysis: Check for
CRITICALorERRORtags in the central logging service (Elasticsearch/Fluentd).
