Resolved Issue

This is a patch release on top of CX4.6.1. The following issue is fixed in this patch:

🤬 Fixed Incorrect Conversation Dispositions in case of high load/traffic scenarios

Prior to this release, the Historical Manager API returned incorrect conversation dispositions in the API that led incorrect data available for Reports. This was due to a missing disposition in conversations
This is now fixed by replacing the recordCreationTime field with timeStamp in the Historical Reports Manager API to standardize the data format and to ensure accurate disposition.
