CCE Cisco Dialer Node
The CCE Cisco Dialer node can be used to push the contacts within current batch to a specific Cisco CCE campaign. The contacts are then dialed by Cisco CCE.
This requires a working Cisco CCE instance configured with EFCX in Unified Admin and campaigns via an additional connector

Following configurations are available within this node
Channel: This configuration allows the selection of a specific Cisco channel, which must be pre-configured within Unified Admin. The node will utilize this designated channel when transferring contacts to the Cisco dialing environment.
Customer Identifier: Use this option to select the specific contact data field that holds the primary identifier (e.g., phone number) for each customer. This selected identifier will be passed to Cisco CCE to initiate the dialing operation for that contact.
Cisco Campaign: This setting is used to designate the specific target campaign within Cisco CCE. Contacts will be directed into this selected campaign for subsequent dialing management by Cisco.
