This is a patch release on top of CX4.9.3. This is an enhancement in the supervisor’s controls and the system’s capability to manage agent state.
Force Logout Agent from any state
This enables contact center supervisors to forcibly log out any agent, regardless of the agent’s current state—be it Ready, Not Ready, in a conversation, Consult, Conference, or Handling Multiple Conversations.
This feature is available for supervisors on the Available Agents Detail Dashboard.
