Campaign Summary

Report Summary

Shows the summary of campaign contact status grouped by call result.

Report Columns

Following are the report columns

Fields

Description

Campaign Name

Name of the Campaign

Total Loaded

Number of contacts uploaded into a campaign.

Dialed (Unique)

Total number of dialed (unique) contacts.

Dialed (Attempts)

Total number of dialed (attempted) contacts, e.g., there are 3 contacts dialed, each at least 1 time, but the first contact was re-dialed a second time. So the total number in this column will be 4.

Connected

The number of calls successfully connected.

No Answer

The number of attempts where the dialer outcome was detected as "No Answer". However, the contact might still not be closed (rescheduled by the campaign strategy)

Busy

The number of attempts where the dialer outcome was detected as "Busy". However, the contact might still not be closed (rescheduled by the campaign strategy)

Not Connected

The number of contacts where the contact was dialed and was not connected for any reason.

This pertains solely to voice calls and does not apply to SMS attempts

Problem

All status codes in this group indicate instances while attempting to contact the customer.

Dialer Abandoned

The number of attempts where the dialer outcome was detected as "Dialer Abandoned".

Other

The number of attempts that resulted in reasons other than those mentioned above.
