Dialing & Success Rate Summary - Campaign Wise
Report Summary | Shows the dial or success rate of a campaign. |

The metrics include:
Total Dial Attempts.
Successful Attempts (Customer Connected).
Unsuccessful Attempts - Attempts that were not connected with the customer.
Total {failure-reason} Attempts - where failure-reason is any of the failure call results.
Report Columns
Following are the report columns.
Field Name | Description |

Campaign Name | Name of the campaign |
Total uploaded contacts | The total number of customer contacts that were uploaded successfully |
Total dialed contacts | Total number of unique customer contacts that are dialed (regardless of the result) |
Total connected - IVR | Total number of customer contacts that were connected successfully |
Total connected - Agent | Total number of customer contacts that were connected successfully |
Total dialed attempts | Total number of dialed attempts on all customer contacts (could be multiple for each) |
Dial Rate % | (Total Dialed (unique contacts)/ Total Uploaded) * 100 |
Success Rate % | (Total Connected/ Total Dialed (unique contacts)) * 100 |
