Tutorial: Preparing a Technical Offer

A step-by-step walkthrough for Pre-sales Engineers to move from initial customer discovery to a validated technical proposal for ExpertFlow CX.

What You'll Achieve

By the end of this guide, you will have a validated hardware sizing plan and a compliance-verified proposal ready for customer review.

Steps

1. Identify the Deployment Model

Determine if the customer requires: * ExpertFlow SaaS: No hardware sizing needed; focus on subscription tiers. * Multi-tenant Host (Partner): Requires Multi-Tenant Partner Sizing. * Enterprise Self-Hosted: Requires Small-to-Mid or Large Enterprise specs.

2. Collect Quantitative Inputs

Ask the customer for the following "Golden Metrics": * Total Concurrent Agents. * Interaction Volume (Calls/Chats per Hour). * Recording Retention Period (e.g., 90 days vs. 7 years).

3. Apply Sizing Formulas

Use the Clinical Sizing Methodology to calculate the vCPU, RAM, and Storage requirements.

4. Verify Compliance Guardrails

Check the Platform Guardrails Table to ensure the customer's request (e.g., 10,000 concurrent sessions) is supported by the current release.

5. Assemble the Technical Proposal

Copy-paste the clinical tables from the relevant Hardware Spec pages into your proposal template to ensure 100% accuracy.
