start_time	`cimEvent.timestamp` where topic event is `CHANNEL_SESSION_STARTED`
end_time	`cimEvent.timestamp` where topic event is `CHANNEL_SESSION_ENDED`
disposition	`cimEvent.channelSession.state.reasonCode` where topic event is `CHANNEL_SESSION_ENDED`

Column	Description
total_session_duration	Difference between start_time and end_time for a specific session
bot_acitivity_count	Sum of `BOT_MESSAGES` for a particular session
agent_activity_count	Sum of `AGENT_MESSAGES` for a particular session
customer_activity_count	Sum of `CUSTOMER_MESSAGES` for a particular session
avg_bot_confidence_level	Currently hard coded as 0.1
