Logout
To log out from the agent desk, the agent and all the MRD states should be NOT_READY.
The user can log out the AgentDesk by selecting a logout reason defined by the system administrator
To log out, click the profile menu at the top right on the agent desk and click the Logout button. Select one reason for getting logged out. Note that these reasons are defined by the system administrator, and selecting a logout reason is optional.
Other Logout Scenarios:
Users may also be logged out in the following situations:
A supervisor logs out agents from the Available Agents Detail dashboard.
Log out due to disconnectivity.
Logout due to inactivity.
