CX-Core platform

CX-Core is the platform that runs the core services including channel management, agent management and routing, rooms and activities, and customer interaction profiles.

CX-Core (aka Expertflow CX) is the underlying platform of Expertflow CX that includes digital and social media channels, AgentDesk, customer-widget, ETL, Conversation Studio, Control Flow, Outbound flow nodes.

List down all the major components (container services) and their resource requirements.

Deployment Configurations

CX-Core-basic

For upto 10 concurrent agents for messaging channels (equivalent to 50 concurrent conversation)

CX-Core-small

For upto 100 concurrent agents for messaging channels (equivalent to 300 concurrent conversation)

CX-Core-redundant
