CX-Core-small Deployment

This deployment configuration is for CX-Core deployment for upto 100 concurrent agents for messaging channels (equivalent to 300 concurrent conversation)

System Prerequisites and Installation Sequence

1. Kubernetes platform - if not provisioned, follow this guide for installing a supported Kubernetes distribution. For example, RKE2, Google Kubernetes, etc.

2. Validate necessary hardware configurations

3. Setup namespace(s)

4. Helm-install guide to setup CX (I believe this includes ETL as well)

6. (option) for helm-install QM

7. (option) for helm-install WFM
