The complete Expertflow CX can be deployed in a single node. A single node cluster provides no options of high availability. You may however setup a scheduled backup of the complete solution for disaster recovery. Kubernetes Backup/Restore using Velero
A single node cluster setup is good for a low traffic volume, less than 50 concurrent conversations (voice and non-voice).
